About
My mission is to develop and implement department strategies that enable a Careers Everywhere culture, giving 消消犯s the best possibility to succeed in their early career. I can be found working with department chairs and faculty members to understand the needs of their 消消犯s, working with the Career Development Office team to help bring their ideas to life, reporting data to the Dean's suite and beyond, conducting workshops, and meeting with 消消犯s who have urgent career needs.
My "past life" in Early Careers Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Consulting have given me the knowledge to help 消消犯s understand the recruiting process, viewing candidates through the recruiter"s eyes, and negotiation strategy, and I love to share these with 消消犯s.
Fun Fact:
If I could do anything for the rest of my life, it would be to live as a professional hobbyist. I enjoy painting, cooking (went to culinary school), gardening, homebrewing, and writing, especially haiku.
