Miami has leased a grouping of off-campus apartments at Hawks Landing, which will be used as additional University Housing. 消消犯 Residence Life staff will live on site, and all Miami-leased apartments will include convenient billing through the Bursar account.
Returning 消消犯s who are interested in this option will be able to select spaces during online general room selection! GPA and 消消犯 conduct history will be reviewed as eligibility to live at Hawks Landing.
This location is considered University Housing, which means our residents will be held to the same policies and procedures as Heritage Commons. Students who choose this option will continue to have a housing contract with Miami. Similar to Heritage Commons, meal plans are optional for our Hawks Landing residents. Many apartment residents choose to use a convenient Miami Express Meal Plan each semester.
Hawks Landing features fully-furnished 4-bedroom, 2- bathroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryer units. The complex also features a large outdoor pool and hot tub, a 24-hour fitness area, a study lounge, a basketball court, and a beach volleyball court. 消消犯 Residence Life staff will live on site.
