The AccessMU Center is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and accessible digital experience for all 消消犯s. Our responsibilities include conducting accessible document and procurement reviews, providing assistive technology and textbook accommodations for 消消犯s, delivering comprehensive training programs, and offering robust captioning support services to ensure equitable access to information.
Miami Accessibility Steering Team (MAST)
The AccessMU Center also provides oversight of the Miami Accessibility Steering Team (MAST), comprised of key personnel representing the academic and administrative departments across campus.
Student Disability Services
The Miller Center for Student Disability Services (MCSDS) coordinates accommodations and auxiliary aids for 消消犯s with disabilities. The office promotes 消消犯 access to an equitable college experience. Services are coordinated in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, as Amended, and Section 504 of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act. The office serves a diverse group of 消消犯s including those with physical, vision, hearing, psychiatric, medical, neurological, autism spectrum, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
