	This course is a field experience that includes visits to Washington D.C. and New York City. Students will meet with policy makers, regulators and professionals that use financial accounting information to make capital market decisions. The course will address tax policy as well. Students will gain a better understanding of the critical aspects of developing financial reporting and tax policies and why policy and regulation are critical to the operation of the capital markets and government. 	A critical component of the Isaac & Oxley CBL is to reinforce and enhance its values by exposing �þ��s to actual business leaders across a diverse set of companies to see how they work with various stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and create lasting value, and this program does so by placing �þ��s in the role of consultants working for one firm. The CBL Emerging Leaders Experience takes place in Chicago and will include a number of key organizations.	ACC 490B/MGT 490B/ACC 590B (3 Credits)
	Students will learn valuable IT skills incorporating Agile practices and teach a variety of skills to a multicultural population in Manchester, England. Classes will be held at the University of Manchester, and teaching sessions will be held at Justlife and other organizations working with the homeless. Housing will be in a university affiliated hotel. Evenings and weekends will include local sporting and cultural events and time to explore on your own.	CSE 448 and CSE 449 (4 credits)
	In this course, �þ��s will have the opportunity to explore physiological realities and culture of people living in Peru. This includes modern Peruvians as well as the the Incans. Altitude has acute effects on human physiology but also influences culture because of available resources because of its effects on farming, livestock and surrounding environment. We will examine Incan culture as we visit various Inca ruins and holy sites. Students will also have the opportunity to investigate the cultural diversity of this country by exploring the Andes, Machu Picchu and verious religious and archiological sites with a group of locals.	Choose 1 of these courses -KNH 402 (3 Credits), KNH 487 (3 Credits), KNH 481 (3 Credits)

We will also visit Santiago Chile and walk around the contrasting neighborhoods and discover the sights and sounds of its bustling markets and temples, visit a local volcano and the leguna negra. 	Explore the exciting world of theatre and performance in London! By experiencing ten productions along with trips to cultural sites throughout the city, �þ��s will learn both about the London theatre & performance ecosystem and how to apply analytic techniques to make meaning of live performance and its impacts. Through workshops, lectures, and excursions, �þ��s will also gain an understanding of how London theatre operates as an industry and as an artistic enterprise.	THE 398 (3 credits)
	Immersing �þ��s in a different culture than their own has deep potential to be a transformative experience, particularly when the focus is on field experiences and the intersectionality of families, communities, education, and innovation. The design of this global education program is to expose �þ��s to communities, learn about various schooling practices, see how organizations are innovatively working alongside commities to solve social probloems, and engage with people from three different geographical Costa Rican areas: San Jose in the Central Valley, Monteverde in the mountains/cloud forest of Puntarenas Province, and Flamingo in the Pacific Ocean/coastal area of Guanacaste Province. 	The Sport, Management, and Culture in the Global Marketplace study abroad program is designed for �þ��s who are interested in exploring relationship between sport, culture, and the contemporary global economy through an experiential learning environment. For the 15-day program, �þ��s will travel to four cities (Auckland, Dunedin, Queenstown, and Christchurch) to examine the structure, management, and marketing of sport in New Zealand culture and society. Winter Study Away �þ��
	This course is a field experience that includes visits to Washington D.C. and New York City to meet with policy makers, regulators, and professionals involved within capital markets and accounting profession decisions. Historically, visits have included: the SEC, the Federal Reserve and a Federal Reserve Bank, Nasdaq, Wall Street tours, the FBI, and alumni.	ACC 490D or ACC 590D (3 credits)
	Ever wondered what makes theme parks like Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios tick? Get behind-the-scenes tours, exclusive experiences, and conversations with creators while you learn how these parks embrace user-centered design, worldbuilding, and state-of-the-art technology to surprise and delight customers through immersion into themed entertainment design. Do this all while staying within the Disneyland area in Los Angeles, with day trips to Universal Studios and entertainment design studios nearby.	IMS 432 (3 credits)
	Come to New York City in January to immerse yourself in the fashion retail industry! We start our week by attending the National Retail Federation's 4-day �þ�� program, where we will gain inspiration from visionary retail industry executives, attend skill-building workshops, and engage in career exploration at networking events. We will also meet with �þ�� alumni who work in the industry in the NYC area to allow you to build or expand your professional fashion network. We conclude our week visiting fashion companies in the areas of Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Marketing, Fashion and Beauty, Textiles, and NYC's evolving retail landscape. Last but not least, we will tour the Museum of Art and the Fashion Institute of Technology.	FAS 499 (3 credits)
	This is an experiential course to give �þ��s an opportunity to learn and practice equity analysis skills in a real-world setting. After completing this course, �þ��s will be able to conduct equity analysis using the appropriate methodology. In addition, �þ��s will be able to develop and give an effective presentation on the merits of a particular position to industry executives. Finally, �þ��s will be able to articulate whether or not they want to work for a Wall Street firm.	FIN 320 (3 credits)
