¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Project Dragonfly graduate ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈs in the Advanced Inquiry Program (AIP), the Global Field Program (GFP), Earth Expeditions (EE) courses, and faculty and staff are invited to submit photos for the annual photo contest. In the U.S.

While at Taylor Community Gardens in Michigan, AIP ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Christina Amato participated in some beekeeping. Amato, of Ferndale, Michigan, is earning ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s online AIP master’s degree with experiential learning through the Detroit Zoological Society.

In the pouring rain, GFP ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Lila Fried captured her last song meter for data collection. Fried’s project examined the impact of climatic variables on vocal phenology in wetland birds to help paint a clearer picture of occupancy and breeding success and inform habitat management efforts. Fried, of Chicago, Illinois, is earning a master’s degree from ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ.

While in the San Pasqual Valley for his Regional Ecology class, Dane Hitchcock snapped this photo of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park Biodiversity Reserve with the Safari Park’s yellow balloon in the distance. Hitchcock of Menifee, California, is earning ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s online AIP master’s degree with experiential learning through the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance.

“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” AIP ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Lara Vezard of New Jersey, captured this photo while looking at enclosures designed for different reptiles in the Bronx Zoo Reptile House. Vezard is earning ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s online AIP master’s degree with experiential learning through the Wildlife Conservation Society / Bronx Zoo.
